This next to last post on our Vegas ’13 trip just highlights some of the tasty and good looking foods we found in sin city.
- Top of the World at Stratosphere for dinner at sunset
- Ping Pang Pong inside Gold Coast Casino for dim sum lunch
- California Pizza Kitchen inside Mirage for dinner
- Café inside Paris for lunch
Made this for all my friends at the lab tonight. My turn to give back! 🙂
Preheat oven to 350°F. You’ll need two mixing bowls. One for the bottom cake layer and one for the top cream cheese layer. Combine all ingredients in their respective bowls.
First Bowl (Cake Bottom)
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of butter melted
Second Bowl (Topping)
1 8oz. Philadelphia regular cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar (or 2 cups sugar in the raw works well too)
Mix each thoroughly. Cake bottom mix will be thick like cookie dough. Spread it on the bottom of a greased 13×9 baking pan. Pour/spread the liquid second topping layer on top.
Bake at 350°F for 35min, let cool, enjoy!
